The following forms must be completely submitted in order for your application to be processed.
Please read the following instructions carefully.
Canadian citizens need to have submitted a complete application at least 1 week before the school begins.
United States citizens need to have submitted a complete application at least 2 weeks before the school begins.
Citizens of Countries where an eTA is required to visit Canada (see https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp) need to have submitted a complete application at least 3 weeks before the school begins.
Citizens of Countries where a visa is required to visit Canada (see https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp) need to have submitted a complete application at least 12 months before the school begins.

Fill out your online SBS student application form and submit when done.
STEP 2 – REFERENCES
Reference Forms
To complete this section send the following linked page to a pastor/elder/employer/teacher AND a YWAM reference and have them complete the online form.
STEP 3 – Application Fee
Please send the non-refundable application fee of $25 (Canadian) with each application submitted. Submission of this fee helps us with the processing of your application.
Payment Methods
Please make sure your money order is payable to “Youth With A Mission” and in Canadian funds.
Send an Interac E-Transfer to Accounts Department at accounts@ywamturnervalley.org
Please make your cheque payable to “Youth With A Mission” and include a separate note with the name of the school and student you are making payment for. Do NOT write on the memo line.

Use the following information to send funds using Wise International Transfer:
- Create a “payee” account for sending funds to YWAMTV
- select Interac
- select “recipient type” as “business”
